Cilia has over 15 years of experience in the Corporate Wellness Industry. Being formally trained as a Naturopath/Massage therapist in 2001, Cilia has provided the leadership and culture to develop a successful Corporate Wellness business and has assisted hundreds of small and large organisations.

When not driving the business Cilia maintains her own health ethos by her love for outdoor activities such as cycling, windsurfing, walking her dogs and camping.
