ONE-OFF SESSION


In this session we provide your employees with the opportunity to understand and experience the benefits of meditation. Your staff will gain practical tools on how to use meditation in their daily lives to help with stress management.

This session last up to 1 hour.


SIX WEEK COURSE


We provide a six-session meditation course aimed at allowing participants to experience different forms of meditation, and ultimately feel more informed and more comfortable with the practice of meditation.

MANAGING THE STRESS OF TODAY'S WORLD CAN BE A DAUNTING TASK

To help staff cope better with stress, some organizations provide their staff with a fancy morning tea or lunch, often resulting in an energy slump. A great alternative could be to reward your staff with workplace meditation, which will energise and motivate your staff for the rest of the day.

Meditation helps to quieten mental chatter which can provide clarity and focus. It is a great tool to reduce workplace stress.

The classes are held in a quiet room with participants sitting or lying down. These sessions can be scheduled during lunch breaks or before/after work.
